Freight & Delivery Policy
Orders are dispatched from New Zealand or Hong Kong. The country of manufacture is China.
New Zealand orders arrive to most locations in 1-3 business days. We do not accept responsibility for delays incurred by our carriers. Within New Zealand does not include Waiheke Island, Great Barrier Island, Chatham Island & Stewart Island.
For other countries, the estimated delivery times are shown in business days as part of the freight option during checkout.
The Customer is responsible for any applicable taxes, duties or customs fees. Please do not request that we falsify invoices or suppress tariff codes or country-of-origin information.
Order Cancellation Fee
If an order has been paid for by credit card and is requested to be cancelled before it is dispatched there is a cancellation fee that applies. The fee is 5% of the sale or a minimum of $5 whichever is the greater. This fee covers the merchant cost that Red5 Sport has been charged for the original purchase and also the refund.
Red5 Sport has different stores for some countries. The billing currency is different for each:
- NZ Store – NZD (Prices include NZ Goods and Services Tax – GST)
- Australian Store – AUD (Prices include Australian Goods and Services Tax – GST)
- UK Store – GBP (Prices include VAT)
- International Store – USD (No local taxes included)
Goods can be returned to Red5 Sport for a full refund if you are dissatisfied with the product. It is important to note that returned goods will only be refunded if they are received back in the original condition they were purchased in which includes any bags, boxes and header cards and must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date. The return freight cost & packaging is the responsibility of the purchaser, not Red5 Sport.
Security of Your Login
You are responsible for keeping your login information, including your email address and password, secret and secure. Without limiting the foregoing, you agree not to permit any other person to use your user name or membership and not to disclose, or provide to any other person, your password, email address, date of birth or any other information in connection with your membership that may allow them to gain access to your membership.
By purchasing a product through Red5 Sport you may choose to opt-in to our newsletter. Our newsletter provides information around new products, special deals, discounted freight periods, Facebook links and any other material that relates to CricNotes or the parent company Red5 Sport Limited. You can e-mail us if you choose to unsubscribe from the newsletter or you can click the unsubscribe link on the bottom of a newsletter.
All content on the Red5 Sport web site, including artwork, graphics, images, screenshots, text, music, digitally downloadable files, trademarks, logos, product and character names, slogans, and the compilation of the foregoing (“Content”) is the property of Red5 Sport and its licensors, and is protected under international trademark, copyright and intellectual property laws. Third-party content, including trademarks, trade names, characters, and trademarks and copyrights is the property of the third parties that market or license that content, and is used by Red5 Sport subject to licence, or subject to the fair use provisions of international trademark law. Users of the Red5 Sport web site are forbidden to misuse any Red5 Sport content or any third-party content that appears on the web site.
Red5 Sport makes no representations about the reliability of the features of the Red5 Sport web site and disclaims all liability in the event of any service failure. You acknowledge that any reliance on such material and/or systems will be at your own risk. Red5 Sport makes no representations regarding the amount of time that content on its site will be preserved.
All refunds are made at the full discretion of the Red5 Sport management. All refunds due to no stock will be made at 100% including freight, any refunds for international orders will be made in full but Red5 Sport has no liability for the difference in exchange rates when credits are made back to credit cards or any bank fees or credit card fees that may be charged.
Red5 Sport is proud of the products and services we are able to provide and hold a high commitment to quality. If you are not happy with the product you have received from us please email email@example.com quoting your order number and the nature of your concern. We will contact you within 48 hours of receiving your email.
Changes to Our Terms and Conditions
Red5 Sport reserves the right to change our terms and conditions at any time. Please check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of our site following the posting of changes to these terms will mean you accept those changes. Information collected prior to the time any change is posted will be used according to the rules and laws that applied at the time the information was collected.
These Terms and any separate agreements whereby we provide you shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand.
